The Comet turns your edgebanding into a one person operation

One operator checks the quality of edgebanding rather than having to 'communicate' with someone tailing out. No more of one operator waiting for another.

Fits any edgebander or profile sander

The Comet is made up of a number of fully self-contained units that simply plug together to make the system. This makes the Comet simple to install, shift or adapt to another edgebander if required.

Increases the productivity by reducing waiting time

The last panels of a run will automatically accumulate on the roller conveyor while the operator prepares the next job. The return will switch off after all boards have been returned.

Lowers the risk of back injuries

The Comet not only lowers the risk of back injuries, but also shows a commitment to injury prevention.

Low maintenance

PVC-sleeved aluminium rollers run on sealed ball bearings for quiet running and low maintenance. Panels are transferred by purpose-designed, Kevlar reinforced, Polyurethane belts, which are virtually unbreakable.

The New Compakto Return Conveyor "Super 24"

For handling panels up to 2400mm x 2400mm. With a footprint only marginally bigger than the 24/15, the "Super 24" is still a compact return system.

Three models available

* The minimum returnable panel length can be reduced by adding a simple panel-turning device for small panels.
