Benchtop Handling

Specifically for the manufacture of post-formed benchtops, we use a heavier version of the Compakto Comet components. The system is fine-tuned to handle the weight, size and fragile nature of the panels, for up to 50mm thick benchtops.

The bearings used for our benchtop handling systems are sealed and greased for life.

To protect the delicate surface of benchtops, the rollers have a 4mm sleeve.

We have automated the handling systems for a number of companies, to increase efficiency between existing machinery.
